The Pre-Designed Home Packages are designed to be taken to your selected builder or recommended builder to provide a contract price. Bold Lines Studio can not provide you with a build cost.
The Pre-Designed Home Packages are designed are house plans only. If you require these plans to be sited (applied to your land) this would be at an additional cost. This cost is variable and dependent on the site and any local council codes and guidelines.
Bold Lines Studio, at this stage, does not carry out any variation work to the Pre-Designed Home Packages.
Bold Lines Studio does not take any responsibility for any purchases and does not offer refunds.
Bold Lines Studio does not take responsibility for ensuring the Pre-Design Home Package is suitable for your intended use.
